New Redvision X4 Commander Hybrid – X4 Commander Hybrid from Redvision is a rugged ball PTZ camera designed for demanding outdoor surveillance environments.
X4 Commander Hybrid can operate on IP and analogue systems, allowing integration into existing legacy installations or facilitating a phased upgrade to newer IP-based technology.
Construction is die-cast aluminium, providing resistance to environmental stress and vandalism, with an IP66 environmental protection rating. It is IK08-rated against impacts and features a silicone wiper and robust polycarbonate window.
A 37x optical zoom lens, combined with a 1/1.8-inch CMOS Starlight sensor, delivers low-light operation down to 0.005 lux in colour. Integrated adaptive Osram IR and white-light LEDs provide illumination at distances up to 500 metres, automatically adjusting intensity to ensure clear imaging – that’s impressive reach.
For system compatibility, the X4 Commander Hybrid supports ONVIF profiles S, G, and T standards. Edge recording capability is via an onboard SD card slot, supporting up to 256GB of local storage. Additionally, the camera incorporates advanced analytics, including motion detection and intelligent tracking features.
The camera offers various installation options, with brackets, mounts, and cantilever arms suitable for pole and tower configurations. Operating temperature range is 40C to 70C.
