Pacific Seeks Security Tech – Pacific Security Group at Brookwater in Brisbane is seeking an electronic security technician for alarms, access control and CCTV.
Commonly used brands at Pacific include Bosch, Hikvision, Reliance, Paradox, Hills and Crow alarms, Dahua, Hikvision, Bosch, NX Witness CCTV solutions and Aiphone, Dahua, Hikvision, HID, Integrit, Tecom for access control and intercom – please note in your application if you have experience in Tecom, Inner Range Integriti/Inception, HID or Rosslare.
Role Requirements:
* Must hold a valid Class 2 security installer license, open cablers license, EWP, white card and driver’s license
* Plus have some experience with either Tecom or Integriti
* Proficient in CCTV servicing, installation & networking
* Proficient in access control servicing and installation work
* Proficient in intercoms (with knowledge on 2-wire & IP systems)
* Knowledge in ubiquity or similar Wi-Fi applications
* Some experience in data & fibre cabling a bonus
* Confident in assessing a potential install and providing installation scope to head office
* Confident in programming and training the end user after installation
* You need to be able to work unsupervised and under pressure whilst maintaining a professional attitude & representation of the company
* You need to be well organised and have good time management experience
* We need you to have a proactive, positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively to both the team, suppliers and the customers.
Remuneration is $85,000 – $91,000 with an RDO per month + quarterly bonuses, immediate start, flexible travel (store the van at home saving 1000s personal klm & fuel), new van + fuel+ tolls, phone, laptop all included. You will be provided with a SIMRO login, giving you your daily schedule, and allowing you to update the system via your smart phone supplied. Rates and performance reviewed every 12-18 months & open discussion around future training & pay increases.
