Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Seeks Integrated Security – Port Macquarie-Hastings Council has released a tender seeking an experienced provider to deliver integrated security services across council-owned and managed facilities throughout the Mid-North Coast region of New South Wales.
The Council manages a broad portfolio of civic infrastructure including administrative buildings, operational depots, water and wastewater treatment facilities, waste management infrastructure and community assets. These sites operate across varying hours and have different risk profiles, requiring coordinated security coverage and reliable response capability.
The successful contractor will provide integrated security services designed to support the protection of council infrastructure and maintain operational continuity across multiple locations. The detailed scope is set out in the specification documents and associated annexures provided within the tender.
A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held on Tuesday 10 March 2026, commencing at the council’s offices at 17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie at 9am.
This session will include site visits to key operational facilities including the wastewater treatment plant at John Fraser Place at 9.30am, the reclaim water plant on Ocean Drive at 10am and the Kingfisher Waste Transfer Station on Kingfisher Road at 10.30am.
Attendance at the briefing is not mandatory but prospective tenderers must advise council of attendee names and numbers via email by 5pm on Monday 9 March 2026.
