Pressmaster KRB-0560 Crimp Tool – Pressmaster’s KRB-0560 crimp tool is designed specifically for uninsulated open barrel connectors.
Built in Sweden, the tool is aimed at professionals who require consistent, high-quality crimps on non-sealed terminals, including types such as .090, .110, .250, .305, .312 male and female spade terminals, bullet terminals in 3.5mm and 4mm sizes, fuse box terminals, and some ring terminals.
The tool accommodates wire sizes from 0.5 to 6mm (AWG 22 to AWG 10) and supports crimping across size ranges including 0.5-1.5mm, 1.5-2.5mm, and 4-6mm. The compact tool measures 256mm long, 22mm wide, and 80mm high, and weighs 560g.
The KRB-0560 has a high-strength, through-hardened alloy steel build, ensuring durability over an extended lifespan rated for 50,000+ crimp cycles. A standout feature is its full-cycle crimp mechanism, which guarantees consistent crimps and includes a ratchet release function to clear mis-crimps or obstructions.
Usability is enhanced with a non-slip pad that holds the tool steady on work surfaces and an ambidextrous design that suits both left- and right-handed users. An integrated eccentric adjustment allows for precise calibration, ensuring long-term crimp consistency.
