Q Security Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Phillips as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Phillips replaces Edmond Tern who will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Phillips is a chartered accountant whose impressive resume includes 17 years’ security industry experience in senior finance and operations roles. He started as the commercial manager of Hills Industries in 1998 and in 2014 became the general manager finance and divisional CFO for Hills' Security Group, which had a turnover in excess of $A320M.
