Schools Infrastructure NSW Maintenance Tender Released.
Cushman & Wakefield, agent to Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) Western Sydney Region, seeks to engage local contractors for the provision of maintenance services to public schools in the region.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, the focus is on the engagement of local contractors based within areas local to the schools to be serviced. If your business can self-deliver reactive maintenance services in the areas below to one or more schools in this region, please join the process.
Tenders should note that opportunities relating to proactive works (preventative maintenance) will be released in mid to end of August 2024.
With a budget of more than A$8 billion, and over 2240 schools with a total enrolment of almost 1 million students, the NSW Department of Education which Schools Infrastructure NSW serves represents 25 per cent of the state’s total budget each year.
