Secure Solutions Access and Security has won a tender worth $A1.1 to provide access control and intrusion detection for over 60 facilities across the Toowoomba region for Toowoomba Regional Council.
Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) has a vision to transform its current security practices away from a predominately physical security presence to a primarily electronic monitoring and response programme that reduces operational expenditure.
According to TRC’s original tender, the new solution will be critical to council providing safe and secure facilities for staff and the public, and the successful contractor will from time to time need to work closely with council to ensure works compliment CCTV, physical security patrols and other programmes.
Rockville based Secure Solutions was founded in 2012 by Pete and Cherie Siokos.
