Translink Seeks Mobile Biometrics – Queensland’s Department of Transport & Main Roads Translink is seeking a mobile biometrics solution.

The solution sought must validates that a user capturing an image is a live and real person. This image must be of sufficient quality that it can be passed to the TMR facial verification software to accurately compare against facial images stored in TMR’s systems with a high level of confidence.

Translink is the public transit agency for Queensland and is part of the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Translink manages the state’s ferry, rail and light rail services. Translink operates an integrated ticketing system and the ‘go card’ system to allow the use of one ticket on multiple services.
