TVT TD-9545C4-A 4MP Turret Camera – TVT’s TD-9545C4-A is a 4MP full-colour turret network camera designed for detailed 24/7 surveillance with strong low-light performance and a full range of smart analytics.
At its core is a 1/1.79-inch CMOS sensor offering a maximum resolution of 2688 x 1520 pixels. The camera supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+, H.264, and MJPEG compression options across its main, sub, and third streams, allowing for flexibility in bandwidth and storage.
There are 2 fixed lens options available: a 2.8mm lens with a horizontal field of view (H.FoV) of 112 degrees, vertical FoV of 61 degrees, and diagonal FoV of 132 degrees, or a 3.6mm lens with a H.FoV of 96 degrees, V.FoV of 51 degrees, and D.FoV of 112 degrees.
The minimum illumination is rated at 0.0001 lux at F1.0 with AGC on, and 0 lux with built-in white light, which provides illumination of 20–30 metres for full-colour imaging under all lighting conditions – that’s strong reach for a turret camera.
Advanced image enhancement features include 3D digital noise reduction (DNR), wide dynamic range (WDR), highlight compensation (HLC), backlight compensation (BLC), electronic image stabilisation (EIS), image distortion correction, and support for image flip and mirror. The camera also allows region of interest (ROI) encoding and has image settings such as brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, sharpness, and dynamic range available through a browser or client software.
The unit supports a full suite of intelligent analytics including line crossing, region intrusion, abandoned/missing object detection, and classification of human/vehicle movement. Additional smart functions include target counting, scene change, video blur, abnormal colour detection, and audio exception detection. It also supports face detection and face capture. DORI (Detect, Observe, Recognise, Identify) performance for this camera varies based on lens selection. With a 2.8mm lens, detection is possible at up to 52 metres, observation at 21 metres, recognition at 10 metres, and identification at 5 metres. When fitted with a 3.6mm lens, detection extends to 63 metres, observation to 25 metres, recognition to 12 metres, and identification to 6 metres.
Built-in storage is provided via a microSD card slot supporting up to 512GB, and connectivity is via an RJ45 interface with support for 10/100 Base-T. The TD-9545C4-A has an audio input channel and a built-in microphone. Audio compression is G.711A/U. The camera supports simultaneous remote monitoring by up to 10 users and integrates with TVT NVRs, web clients, NVMS, and mobile apps. Compatible browsers include Chrome 92+, Edge 92+, Firefox 91+, and Safari 13.1+.
Security features include video encryption, firmware encryption, HTTPS, IP address filtering, 802.1x authentication, basic/token authentication for HTTP/RTSP, illegal login lock, and configuration encryption. API support includes ONVIF compliance, and there is full protocol support for IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, NTP, RTSP, RTP, FTP, PPPoE, DDNS, SNMP, and more.
The turret camera is housed in an IP67-rated enclosure, with power supplied via 12V DC or IEEE802.3af PoE. Power consumption is under 6.5W, and the unit weighs approximately 0.616kg. Installation options include ceiling or wall mounting. The camera operates in temperatures from -30C to 60C and certification includes CE, FCC, and compliance with EU RoHS, WEEE, and REACH directives.
