    SEN’s suggested questions for council
1Which services are in scope: alarm monitoring, alarm response, mobile patrols, static guarding, or lock-up and unlock?
2Which sites are covered? Are the aquatic centres, libraries, depots and holiday parks included?
3What response times, patrol frequencies and reporting does council expect?
4Is this a single contract or a panel, and what are the term and extension options?
5Does electronic security work, such as access control or CCTV maintenance, sit inside or outside this contract?
Source. “Stated” items as reported by SEN from council’s notice. The “not stated” list and the questions are SEN’s suggestions for bidders, not council requirements. Ask them through the Tenders/Offers tile on council’s procurement portal.
