Uniview Partners with BGW Technologies – BGW Technologies has announced its appointment as a national distributor of the Uniview product range in Australia.
“BGW Technologies strong reputation for service and technical support in the project CCTV segment coupled with its excellent penetration in the intrusion and alarms markets with DSC and Paradox suggests this new partnership is an ideal fit with Uniview,” said Robert Meachem – executive general manager for BGW Technologies.
“We carefully considered our options in terms of companies, brands and products and it became very clear the Uniview culture and products were the best fit for our business to not only improve our offering to our large existing customer base but also attract a whole new set of customers to our doors,” Meachem said.
“With 35 people across 5 branches nationally and a pure focus on security, BGW Technologies prides itself on having inventory, sales and technical support in each branch, including demonstration and training facilities.”
Mark Shannon, national product manager for BGW Technologies, said the depth and breadth of UNV products will be welcome addition to the BGW Technologies’ portfolio.
“UNV makes our offer even more complete to our diverse group of security professionals,” Shannon said. “Inventory is on route to us now and we plan to have fully released the entire CCTV and video intercom range, including inventory in all branches in the second half of February.”
