The S5000 Series cameras incorporate
advanced H.264 compression technology to deliver images with efficient
bandwidth management in a variety of video surveillance applications. The
professional cameras feature resolutions from VGA to 2.0 megapixel high
definition, to accommodate a wide range of wide surveillance requirements.
The new series
comprises outdoor domes, day/night fixed cameras and indoor domes. The outdoor
domes are sealed to IP66. The vandal-resistant units feature true day/night
functionality, resolutions from VGA to 2.0 megapixel and an integral varifocal
lens. The day/night fixed cameras and indoor domes feature H.264 video
compression and varifocal lenses.
The manufacturer
states that the S5000 cameras are designed for easy installation and management
using either Nextiva Enterprise or other video management software via the
Nextiva Advantage SDK.
