VSP’s AXON-256AU Arriving Soon – Video Security Products Zaki Wazir said the company’s AXON-256AU integrated access control and alarm management control panel was arriving soon.

“The AXON-256AU will be paired with Guardall PIR sensors, known for their exceptional reliability and ease of use, as well as Aritech wireless PIRs, designed to integrate seamlessly with the wireless zone expander for flexible and efficient installation.
“Installers can configure multiple alarm areas for their customers, as well as integrate motion detectors, door contacts, and other sensors. They can also program automated alarm responses for complete protection.”
Wazir said configuration was simple and flexible, with options to use either the built-in web interface or dedicated software.
“The system can be programmed via a web browser on mobile, tablet, or PC, allowing users to manage both access control and alarm functions remotely,” he explained.

According to Wazir, system security is further enhanced with OSDP V2 readers, ensuring encrypted, tamper-resistant communication between readers and controllers, and the AXON-256AU operates on 24V DC power with a backup battery, providing uninterrupted protection during power outages.
