WAPOL Seeks CCTV Upgrade for Fremantle Detectives – Western Australia Police Force is seeking submissions for the replacement of CCTV headend infrastructure and cameras at its Fremantle Detectives premises.
The works involve replacement of the existing CCTV system to support the operational needs of Fremantle Detectives. The scope includes removal of the current camera infrastructure, supply and installation of new cameras, and upgrading or replacing the existing headend equipment.
The Western Australia Police Force (WAPOL) is the primary law enforcement agency in WA, providing policing services across the largest jurisdiction of any police agency in the world. Fremantle Detectives forms part of WAPOL’s metropolitan investigative capability, handling complex criminal investigations and supporting district policing operations from its base in the historic port city. The CCTV system upgrade will enhance incident response, evidence gathering, and day-to-day security at the facility.
