WAPOL Seeks Supply Of ANPR Cameras, Hardware

Western Australia Police Force, through its Radio and Electronic Services (RES), needs to purchase automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras and associated equipment as maintenance replacements for the existing fleet of units.

The current requirements are for dual and single OCR cameras for mounting on WA Police Force cars. However, the required range of products may be expanded as new requirements are identified in the future during the full agreement including extension options. Additional products, such as stationary cameras, or other products with similar requirements, may also be purchased as the need is identified by the contract authority.

To achieve this, the WA Police Force is seeking to create a standing supply arrangement with one or more suppliers for the provision of compatible ANPR cameras and associated hardware, with products to be supplied on an as-needed basis.
