Dahua’s 6MP IR fixed focal 2.8mm AI turret camera is a network camera part of the Dahua WizSense 3 Series distributed by Hills that offers efficient surveillance with the support of intelligent functions, including perimeter protection and smart motion detection.
At the core of this camera lies Dahua’s WizSense, an AI solution designed to run a deep learning algorithm that enhances camera performance by accurately recognising humans and vehicles. Situations where the deep learning algorithm is beneficial include restricted areas, intrusions, loitering, tripwire and more.
This WizSense 3 Series model also adopts Dahua Starlight technology to ensure a clear, colourful, and high-quality image is captured even in the lowest illuminated environments. What’s more, this camera has a smart codec supporting H.265 and H.264, enhancing compressions options.
“The camera passes a series of strict test on dust and soak,” says Ardel Moore from Hills. “It has dust-proof function, and the enclosure can work normal after soaking in 1 m deep water for 30 minutes.”
This camera is applicable for most environments – including outdoor environments under unstable conditions as the camera allows ±30 per cent input voltage tolerance.
