WA Parliament House Seeks Security Services – Western Australia’s Parliamentary Services Department is seeking a contractor to provide supplementary security services at Parliament House in West Perth.
The contract covers security services intended to maintain Parliament House as a secure facility and prevent access by unauthorised personnel, along with investigation and reporting of incidents affecting security or the preservation of the building and its contents.
Services include car park monitoring, escort duties, building lock-up duties and after-hours monitoring of building maintenance activities – these likely include working with on-site security systems.
A mandatory tender briefing and site inspection will be held at Parliament House, 4 Harvest Terrace, West Perth, at 10am on September 29. Attendance is a prerequisite for submitting a compliant bid and is limited to 2 representatives from each organisation – note that date!
