The inclusion of a stainless
steel plate on either side of the lock case provides superior strength to the
cylinder and bolt areas of the lock.
The new 3579EL is a fully monitored, multi-function lock
that can be configured on site to suit left or right handing, fail safe, fail
secure modes and lockable escape hub selection. The lock also features smart
electronics which will self select operating voltage between 12 and 24V DC.
