The combined access control brand is making its debut this month, though HID and Indala have already been in the process of consolidation.
“Combining the various businesses under one industry-leading brand enables HID Global to better position our company to meet the needs of our customers,” says Denis Hebert, who was previously HID president and will now serve as president and CEO of HID Global.
The consolidation combines the HID and Indala brands of access control readers and cards with Access ID secure card solutions, Synercard digital identity and photo card management software, Interlock card manufacturing services and BUGA electronic cylinders.
