HILLS has announced the appointment of Bill Sakellariou to the position of enterprise general manager. With more than 20 years’ experience in the security and surveillance market and more than 15 years’ experience in sales leadership, Sakellariou is a valuable addition to the Hills team.

For the past 11 years Sakellariou has worked for Tyco Security Products EMEA as one of its regional sales directors in addition to leading Tyco’s successes during the 2004 Olympics in Athens. Working predominately in Eastern Europe, North Africa and Israel, Sakellariou achieved continued year-on-year growth on large scale projects across multiple verticals including transport, corrections, telecommunications as well as the financial sector.

Hills’ chief operating officer, David Lenz, said he was excited to welcome Sakellariou as a member of the management team.

“Bill brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to this position,” said Lenz. “He will be a valued member of the team and we look forward to his contribution as we build on Hill’s premier market position and grow our share of the security product market.” ♦
