Blue Mountains City Council is seeking design and construction of CCTV System as part of its Echo Point security upgrade. Also required for the upgrade are fixed and retractable bollards.

The security upgrades are part of a programme to complete the new visitor information centre at Echo Point and the enhanced security will ensure visitors to the area are safe.

The new visitor information centre will feature interactive information displays, learning areas, a multi-purpose space, souvenirs and administration areas.

The project, which will increase the capacity of people able to visit the centre, will help cope with the 4 million tourists expected to visit the Katoomba annually by 2025.

These 2 tenders close on June 12.
