BGW Technologies opened it’s new Melbourne office last Friday, with around 90 customers enjoying lunch and a chance to chat with the team and take a look at some of the latest products and solutions.
After being postponed in February due to reimposition of COVID restrictions, the event was the largest gathering of electronic security people anywhere in Victoria over the last 12 months – to say it was great to see so many familiar and friendly faces after 12 months of more or less isolation .
The new facility, which was selected during COVID lockdown, combines office space and warehouse space with an excellent demo and training centre, with great district views allowing for camera comparisons in a real world environment.
“The turn out by customers and suppliers was fantastic, with no better example than Brett Hansen and Craig Cobbin from Milestone and Pelco coming all the way from Sydney,” said BGWT’s Lou Mavrelis.
“It isn’t easy for people to find time to attend industry events and when we get such a huge turn-out it gives us confidence that people like what we’re doing here at BGW Technologies.”
