BGWT Technologies’ Lou Mavrelis says promotion has created opportunities as Henry De Castro joins BGW Technologies as IT engineer and Peter Ha is promoted to product manager.

“The IT engineer key tasks include local and national technical support for our Tier 1 CCTV and access control product, as well as professional service tasks associated with IT hardware/software testing, configuration, staging and FAT, which has become a key reason system integrators keep choosing to source solutions for their high-end projects, especially CCTV, from us.”
De Castro has held technical and business development roles with CSD and QVideo since 2016, and holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from Latrobe University.
Meanwhile, BGW Technologies’ Mark Shannon said De Casto joined the team after Peter Ha was promoted to a product manager role after “doing a brilliant job for 3 years in the IT engineer’s role”.
