SSM Services’ security technician role will include installation, service, maintenance and commissioning of a range of electronic security products including alarm, CCTV, access control and intercom systems.
SSM Services is a well-established electronic security company operating from a base in Waratah and supporting the Hunter Region. With more than a decade of combined security sector experience, the team is focused on providing the highest level of service across security installation, administration, and technology management.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a security technician
* Must be highly motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills
* Must be a problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
* Strong computer skills for programming of new and existing equipment.
Required qualifications include:
* Cabling Licence
* Drivers Licence
* Trade certificate (preferred but not essential)
* Security Licence
* White Card
