♦ Access Datacom Joins AMS – Adelaide security integrator Access Datacom is now a member of the AMS Group of companies, an Australian-owned organisation that provides secure, mission critical solutions and services to government and industry.

According to Access Datacom’s co-founder Rick Pfitzner, AMSG has demonstrated its commitment to support and grow the Access Datacom client base, including engaging in a partnership with Gallagher as a Type 1A high security partner.

“I will step down as managing director of Access Datacom as of today, and hand the reins over to Glen Marshall and his team at Australian Maritime Services Group,” Pfitzner said.

“However, I will be involved with the company for the foreseeable future in my role as general manager, strategy – security, with a focus on assisting the team identify and develop high security opportunities in the national arena.

“I look forward to this new future where the company Sharen and I have built over the last 26 years grows and prospers, with the support of AMSG,” Pfitzner said.

“To our valued clients, Access Datacom and AMSG will continue to provide the support and service you expect of us.”

ADC operations will be handled by Travis Markwick, general manager, operations – south, who has been with ADC for 8 years.
