ACT Property Group is seeking ACT-wide security maintenance across a range of systems, including CCTV, alarms and access control, and large numbers of its sites.
This RFT is to select tenderers to be appointed to a panel to provide this security system maintenance service at a variety of sites and facilities within the ACT. The facilities cover a variety of purposes and may include public administration, schools, general accommodation, health care facilities, community facilities and their surrounding grounds.
ACT Property Group provides accommodation services on behalf of the ACT Government. ACT Property Group manages the Territory’s owned commercial buildings and properties, which become surplus to agencies’ service delivery needs, or are transferred to ACT Property Group from other government agencies.
