Aiphone IX-SOFT is a software master station for the IX Series that allows an IX station to call and communicate with other IX Series stations across a network.

An interactive map offers a visual layout that allows operators to immediately detect where a call originated and efficiently dispatch security personnel. For those with limited space to deploy a security master station, the solution is said to be ideal for deploying an enterprise-level system in a compact package.
The IX Series will also eliminate the need for operators to perform manual audits, as the process will now be done with the software.
