ARA Group Acquires ISCS NZ Supporting North and South Islands.
ARA Group Acquires ISCS NZ – ARA Group has acquired ISCS NZ in a strategic move that strengthens its electronic security distribution footprint across New Zealand.
The acquisition expands the reach of ISCS, long established in Australia, into key New Zealand markets, including Auckland and Wellington, with support extending to the South Island.
Kerensa Boyd, who has led ISCS NZ, joins the ARA team and will continue to support local customers. Boyd will work alongside Liz Lees of AHS Mount Eden to grow the security distribution business.
The expansion sees ISCS NZ distributing a portfolio of access control and security technologies, including HID Global, Hattrix, Kantech, DSC, Nedap, Exacqvision, Illustra, and Qolsys, as well as a broad range of electronic locking and access control accessories.
“We’re excited to welcome Kerensa and ISCS NZ into the ARA Group,” said Stuart Harmer, managing director of ISCS\ARA Products.
“The expansion of ISCS into New Zealand is a natural next step for our business, built on the trust and success of ISCS in Australia. With Kerensa’s industry knowledge and the leadership of Liz Lees and our wider ISCS\AHS team, we’re well-positioned to deliver even greater value to our customers throughout New Zealand, including the North and South Islands.”
The acquisition is part of ARA Group’s ongoing commitment to building local capability and supporting its customer base with responsive service and distribution infrastructure.
