Triton Rebranding Bosch Security Business – Bosch Security’s security and communications technology product business, being acquired by European private equity firm Triton, will be rebranded to Keenfinity following the deal’s closure around July.
The change marks a significant step for the business as it separates from Bosch and prepares to operate independently under new ownership.
Keenfinity was soft-launched at ISC West in March, where the new product branding for intrusion detection, Radionix, was also introduced. Keenfinity will become the corporate identity for the acquired business, while video and other security products will retain the Bosch branding after the acquisition.

The rebranding is part of a broader strategy to establish a distinct identity under Triton ownership, while maintaining continuity in product lines during the initial phase of the transition.
