3. Maintain accurate records employers can legally ask staff about their vaccination status, though it is up to individual employees as to whether they choose to share this information with you. If an employee does choose to notify you of their vaccination status, all employers should know and understand their privacy obligations in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of this sensitive health information.
4. Continue to take preventative steps to ensure you maintain the health and safety of everyone in the workplace.
