ASSA ABLOY Acquires InVue – ASSA ABLOY has acquired asset protection and access control provider Invue for $US170 million.
The company’s products include the OneKEY ecosystem, LIVE locks, OnePOD, and Zips, as well as merchandise display security, smart locks, sensor tags, point of sale, tablet stands, zone detection and more.

Stephanie Ordan, executive vice president and head of global technologies unit business unit for ASSA ABLOY, said InVue is a global technology provider at the forefront of innovative security solutions for protecting assets in the retail business.

InVue was founded in 1986 and has about 260 employees. The company’s sales for 2024 were about $170 million.
