    ASSA ABLOY Acquires InVue – ASSA ABLOY has acquired asset protection and access control provider Invue for $US170 million.

    The company’s products include the OneKEY ecosystem, LIVE locks, OnePOD, and Zips, as well as merchandise display security, smart locks, sensor tags, point of sale, tablet stands, zone detection and more.

    “I am very pleased to welcome the InVue team to ASSA ABLOY,” said Nico Delvaux, president and CEO of ASSA ABLOY.

    “This acquisition delivers on our strategy to grow our business through adding complementary products and solutions to our core business.”

    Stephanie Ordan, executive vice president and head of global technologies unit business unit for ASSA ABLOY, said InVue is a global technology provider at the forefront of innovative security solutions for protecting assets in the retail business.

    “InVue is an excellent addition to Global Solutions, the acquisition will expand our core capabilities across access control and asset protection globally,” Ordan said. “We look forward to working with InVue’s successful and experienced team.”

    InVue was founded in 1986 and has about 260 employees. The company’s sales for 2024 were about $170 million.
