BGW Technologies QLD is currently seeking an inside sales/admin – security technology team member for its Brisbane office.

General Duties & Responsibilities
* Managing incoming and outgoing stock
* Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking, packing and dispatching
* Assisting with returns, repairs, credit and backorder processes
* Assisting with invoicing.
* Processing customer orders and quotation requests
* Being the first point of contact for the branch, including assisting customers over the front counter, via phone and E-mail.
* Building trusting relationships with customers
* Providing sales and technical support to customers
* Cross-selling and up-selling products to customers
* Supporting the external sales team and management
* Learning and continually developing product knowledge for BGWT’s range of access control, security systems and CCTV surveillance products.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* A people person
* Confidence in dealing with customers and the ability to develop strong relationships
* A positive can do attitude, willingness to learn and dedicated
* An interest in technology
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work both autonomously and as a team
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
* Previous experience in electronic security or IT will be a real advantage.
