Bosch Security recently held a joint Bosch Video Technology event with Controlware – a key video distributor for Bosch – at its new Bosch Experience Centre, which is now open to all Bosch Security distributors and integrators wanting to use the facility with their staff and customers.
A mix of integrators, end-users and consultants caught up with the latest Bosch video technologies including the new iSeries cameras, intelligent analytics, Bosch VMS resilience, direct to iSCSI recording, and data security technologies such as the Trusted Platform Module.
A demonstration of the new MIC fusion and Cloud Based Services wrapped up the event. Use of metadata to aid in decision making during and post-recording was a common theme throughout the sessions.
“The Bosch product day was a great opportunity to showcase Bosch video technology to Controlware customers. It gave a great insight into the way video security has changed,” said Claude Rizk, general manager of Controlware Communications Systems.
The recently completed Experience Centre is ideal for distributors and integrators needing to showcase Bosch security solutions.
“This event, our facility and the technologies presented were very well received by the participants,” said Chris Dellenty, Bosch Security’s general manager. “People keep telling us we have some of the best kept secrets in the industry – now we can show and tell better than ever before.”
