Campbelltown City Council Seeks Security Systems – Campbelltown City Council has released a tender calling for qualified contractors to provide ongoing maintenance, upgrade and expansion services for its access control and security systems network.
The City of Campbelltown is a local government area covering 312 square kilometres in the Macarthur region, about 55 km south-west of Sydney’s central business district. Council infrastructure spans 105 sites across South-West Sydney, including administration buildings, works depots, sporting amenities blocks, sporting complexes, leisure centres, heritage buildings, community halls, libraries, tenanted investment properties, RFS stations, a regional headquarters, a stadium, an arts centre and a radio tower.

The council also operates a CCTV network comprising more than 610 cameras supported by 32 interconnected servers. This network includes street monitoring cameras, licence plate recognition cameras, asset security cameras, and mobile systems used for monitoring traffic and antisocial activity.
This tender closes at 2.30 pm on Thursday, 10 July 2025 but note that the tender release states you must submit your tender to council by 2.30 pm on Thursday, 26 June 2025 in the manner described in the RFT – when in doubt go with the earlier date. Further note there was a non-mandatory meet on June 17 that you’ve missed.
