New SDAVision 8MP Splicing Panoramic Turret Camera – SDAVision SV-IPC-346N6DSE-HL-LF28 8MP splicing panoramic turret camera features dual 1/2.7-inch progressive scan CMOS image sensors delivering a maximum resolution of 5120 x 1440. The unit uses a fixed 2.8mm lens with a 180-degree horizontal field of view and a very fast F1.0 aperture.
The camera supports both infrared and warm light illumination, with IR range up to 30 metres and warm light up to 15 metres. Minimum illumination is 0.001 lux in colour mode (F1.6, AGC on) and 0 lux with IR. Shutter speed ranges from 1/5 to 1/20000s, and there’s an IR cut filter for day/night function.
Main video stream resolutions include 5120 x 1440, 4608 x 1296, 4096 x 1152, 3840 x 1080, and 3072 x 864, with frame rates up to 15fps at 50/60Hz. Sub-stream resolutions include 1536 x 432 and 1024 x 288. Video compression options include H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 for both main and sub-streams, with MJPEG also available for the sub-stream. Bitrate ranges from 8kbps to 16,384kbps. H.264 profiles include Baseline, Main, and High, while H.265 uses Main Profile.
The camera incorporates slow shutter capability and supports DWDR, BLC, HLC, and 3D DNR. Image settings such as saturation, brightness, contrast, sharpness, hue, and white balance are adjustable via client software or web browser. Day/night switching can be controlled manually, automatically, or by schedule. There are up to 4 privacy masks supported and the camera has a reset button.
Network protocols include IPv4/IPv6, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, UPnP, SNMP, DNS, DDNS, NTP, RTSP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, and PPPoE. The unit supports ONVIF Profiles S, G, and T, and a proprietary HP API. Simultaneous live view is available for up to 14 channels. Web access is compatible with IE 10/11, Safari 12.1 and above, Firefox 52 and above, Chrome 57 and above, and Edge 79 and above. Client support includes VMS and SmartView platforms.
The SV-IPC-346N6DSE-HL-LF28 supports on-board recording via microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards up to 256GB. Audio features include a built-in microphone and speaker. Basic events include motion detection. The unit has built-in red and blue flashing lights for event signalling.
Security features include password protection, HTTPS encryption, IP address filtering, and control timeout settings. Up to 15 users are supported. On the physical side, the camera is IP67-rated for ingress protection and dimensions are around 135mm x 112.4mm x 90mm x 84.8mm.
