AFTER releasing its new website, which supports a range of new features including online ordering and quoting, CSD is experiencing strong growth on that side of its business.

“Since we went live, more than 20 per cent of our customers are placing orders through the website, and thousands more are utilising its pricing and product information functions,” said Gary Meyers, national business strategy manager. “With the correct security log-in, company principals can also view account, invoice and order status details.

“What you see now is just the start with a major feature upgrade due in early 2018,” said Meyers. “The website provides CSD customers, convenient 24-hour access to product information, quotes and account information, however, with 140 staff, CSD has one of the country’s largest sales teams in the industry which is ready to respond to customers’ needs via phone, email or the website.

“CSD is 100 per cent committed to delivering the industry’s best sales, pre-sales and technical support with the website augmenting (not replacing) the company’s strong commitment to good old-fashioned face-to-face service.”
