City of Casey Tenders Seeks Access Control, CCTV For Robert Booth Tennis Pavilion.
City of Casey Seeking Tenders for Access Control, CCTV – City of Casey has opened a tender for security and electrical upgrades at the newly refurbished Robert Booth Tennis Pavilion in Hampton Park, Victoria.
The project, part of a $A5.4 million redevelopment of the pavilion at 77–99 Somerville Road, includes the supply and installation of CCTV and swipe card access control systems, along with a complete electrical system fit-out.
The works form the next stage in a broader renewal program for the reserve, which has already delivered a double-storey community pavilion featuring unisex changerooms, public amenities, a commercial kitchen, and community meeting space. The refurbishment was completed in December 2023 and supports local sporting groups including the Hampton Park Football Netball Club, Cricket Club, and Tennis Club.

Funding for the overall project was drawn from a mix of council and government sources. This included $3 million from the Victorian Government’s Local Sports Grants, $200,000 from the Federal Government’s Community Sport Infrastructure Grant Program for female-friendly facilities, and an additional $200,000 from the State Government’s Local Sports Infrastructure Fund for tennis court lighting upgrades.
An on-site tender briefing will be held on 1 July 2025 at 9:30 AM. Contractors can download tender documentation via the city’s procurement portal and must be registered to attend the briefing.
