City of Mandurah Seeks Integrated Security Services Across Municipal Facilities.
City Of Mandurah Seeks Integrated Security – City of Mandurah has released a tender for the provision of integrated security services across all its facilities, consolidating guarding, monitoring and electronic security maintenance under 1 contract.
Located south of Perth, Mandurah Council manages a broad portfolio of civic buildings, libraries, community centres, recreation facilities, depots and administrative sites.
In this tender, Mandurah Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to deliver a consolidated security services framework covering static guarding, mobile patrols and crowd control as required. The scope also includes 24/7 alarm monitoring and response, duress alarm monitoring and escalation, and access control monitoring with associated administrative support.
Importantly for your installation companies, the contract extends beyond monitoring into the scheduled and reactive maintenance of electronic security systems, including alarms and access control infrastructure, as well as incident reporting and performance monitoring across the portfolio. Services may also be required outside standard operating hours, including weekends and public holidays, reflecting the operational demands of community facilities and after-hours usage.
Note that major capital upgrades, large-scale system redesign and major event security services are specifically excluded from the scope, focusing this engagement on day-to-day operational security and lifecycle support.
Mandurah Council intends to appoint a single contractor for an initial 3-year term, with 2 further 1-year options at its discretion. This City of Mandurah seeks integrated security tender closes at 2pm (AWST) March 19.
