Security integrator Convergint Technologies has acquired Premier Security Group (PSG), a physical security company servicing the financial markets in California, Utah, and Arizona, servicing 80 financial clients across 1200 branches.
Based in Fresno, PSG provides a wide range of services from design and installation to commercial electronic security and banking equipment maintenance.
