Convergint has acquired Keyotel, a leading German security integrator in a move that doubles its footprint across Germany and establishes an office in Frankfurt.
Founded in 2009, Keyotel provides CCTV, access control, alarm and automation solutions including design, installation and service for 600 customers – from large industrial to small and medium-sized businesses, military facilities, hotels and more.
