Brimbank City Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor for the supply and installation of a CCTV system at the $A1 billion Sunshine Activity Centre.

The Sunshine Activity Centre precinct comprises 19 hectares designated for mixed-use development, set to become a prime shopping and industry centre, located around 14km from Melbourne’s CBD.

The precinct is positioned to take advantage of the multi-billion-dollar Regional Rail Link and upgrades to Sunshine Railway Station, ensuring people in Sunshine can travel quicker to Melbourne and across Victoria.

The basic building blocks of the vision are already in place with traditional high street shops, 2 major shopping centres, a Victoria University campus, a hospital, and a host of government and community services that draw thousands of people every day from the western suburbs to the centre.

There’s mandatory site inspection at 2pm on Tuesday 18 May 2021 – this tender closes on May 31 – you can find out more here.
