“Crow internationally was moving in different direction, it is a manufacturer and is not geared to distribution as we are,” explains Harel.
“We don’t want to be limited to the products of a single manufacturer – the market demands more than this and we need to be able to support our customers changing requirements.
“Of course, iTech will continue to provide the same product and a high level of service to the Australian market,” Harel explains. “We changed the name because we want to be separate – we don’t want to be perceived as belonging to one manufacturer.
“We want iTech to be independent – offering Crow product and offering other product, too. We are still the exclusive distributor of Crow products in Australia but our customers can expect to see exciting new products in the iTech stable.”
