Darwin Triple Crown Supercars is seeking CCTV coverage for a 3-day event at Hidden Valley in June 2024.

The scope of works calls for CCTV coverage to be provided for gates, key egress points, bars and catering areas, concert space, public viewing areas, entry point via Gate 4 and entry point via Entrance B.

The CCTV supplier must provide map in response to this RFQ outlining where they will place cameras, what coverage can be expected and the envisioned network layout.

A control room must be set up in the Pit Paddock area, and must include a minimum of 4 x 50-inch monitors (noting the control room must be located in the Pit Paddock area). An experienced CCTV operator is required for event days being Friday 12:00 to midnight, Saturday 05:30 to 10:00pm and Sunday 05:30 to 7pm.

Overlay and systems are to be set up and tested by 4pm on the Wednesday prior to the event, with overlay and systems to bumped out by Friday post event. Finally, all event footage is to be provided to NTMEC 48 hours post-event on a hard drive.
