DEAKIN University is requesting information from suitable providers for the provision of an integrated security system across all facilities and campuses.

Deakin University is a public university in Victoria, Australia. Its main campuses are in Melbourne’s Burwood suburb, Geelong Waurn Ponds, Geelong Waterfront and Warrnambool, as well as the online Cloud Campus. Deakin also has learning centres in Dandenong, Craigieburn and Werribee.

Deakin is one of Australia’s fastest growing research universities and 89 per cent of Deakin’s research is rated at or above world class. Any access control solution will need to handle around 4000 staff and 55,000 students.

Submissions close on Tuesday August 7, 2018, at 2.00pm In the first instance submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box.

Potential suppliers who are successful in their response to this request for Information will be invited to participate in a tender process for the provision of these services.

Any enquiries relating to the request for information documents or the provision of the services in general should be addressed in the first instance through the forum on the University’s e-tender portal.

The tender closes on August 7, 2018.
