Glen Eira City Council Seeks Facilities Management – Glen Eira City Council is seeking a facilities management provider for a range of services, including electronic security.

City of Glen Eira is a local government area with its offices located at Caulfield in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Glen Eira council area has a population of around 155,000.

According to council, the tender includes provision of facilities management services to council buildings and other assets, including but not limited to HVAC, essential safety measures, electronic security, security patrols, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical and other miscellaneous services.
