IDIS and Hills have actioned the IDIS ‘Creating a better world’ program’ to help secure the Men’s Shed in Kurnell, NSW, which was recently burgled and ransacked.
The Men’s Shed is a non-profit group that supports men’s health and well-being through programs and resources, and to improve security in the future, a new IDIS CCTV system has been donated and will be installed by a Hills representative free of charge once Hills reaches 500 likes and shares across its social media channels.
Over the years IDIS has used its ‘Create a Better World’ campaign to support a wide range of communities from different parts of the world – all of which share a common goal of positively impacting their local community through various projects. IDIS’ support is in the form of financial resources or a brand new IDIS solution to improve the safety alongside the outlook of these communities.
