ICT Launches Protege X Bundles For Easy Cloud-Based Security.

ICT Launches Protege X Bundles – Integrated Control Technology has released Protege X Bundles exclusively for the Australian market.

ICT’s new Protege X Bundles are competitively priced, all-in-one packs that include everything installers need to get end users started with cloud-based security.

The kits include DIN rail enclosures, intelligent power supplies, alarm keypads and anything else required.

According to Ben Italiano, general manager (APAC) for ICT, there are many benefits to centralised management and control.

“Protege X offers unparalleled flexibility, it’s perfect for businesses with multiple sites so they can scale as needed,” Italiano said. “The real-time updates ensure security is both robust and future-proof.”

Protege X is a cloud-based access control and alarm platform from ICT which has an easy to manage subscription-based model. Cloud-based security systems use the internet to keep everyone safe and only let the right people open doors. Being online, it’s easy to manage your security from anywhere.

“The setup for Protege X is a breeze thanks to the convenience of pre-programming prior to hardware install,” Italiano said.

Nathan Cayirylys, managing director of security integrator, Electronic Security Technologies, agrees.

“It’s so easy,” Cayirylys said. “All you do is take the serial number, hit pair, and the programming syncs on-site. The customers are stoked that they’ve got a multi-site platform tethered to the secure cloud.”

Protege X features always-on IP monitoring, scalable, multi-factor authentication managed through the Azure active directory, and databases that are compliant with GDPR regulations. The system allows user management from a single unified user portal, with no disparate databases, locations or programming.

Intelligent PowerBI reports help managers visualise data and to use event reports to make informed decisions. Users can employ the pre-built templates, while PowerBI also offers complex data visualisation and insight metrics. Dashboards monitor crucial business touchpoints allowing situational awareness.

Integration with wireless locking systems offers a cost-effective solution to provide secure keyless access without the complexity associated with hardwired doors, and elevator control allows authorisations to be limited by floor.
