ICT Promotes Richard Kelly APAC To Technical Services Manager.
ICT Promotes Richard Kelly – Integrated Control Technology has promoted Richard Kelly to APAC technical services manager, based at the company’s New Zealand head office.
In the new role, Kelly will lead ICT’s technical support and field applications engineering teams across New Zealand and Australia. He will also take responsibility for ICT’s Voice of Customer program across the region.
Kelly joined ICT in October 2020 as a technical support specialist after more than 9 years with Data Pacific in Auckland, where he worked as a senior security technician.
He subsequently became technical support specialist and 2IC for ICT’s New Zealand and Australia support team in March 2022, before being appointed OEM technical support specialist in May 2025.
According to ICT, Kelly brought around 10 years of installer experience to the company and has since developed extensive product knowledge through technical support and OEM support roles.
“Across those roles Richard has built deep product knowledge and a reputation for working across complex technical systems,” ICT said.
Kelly took up the APAC technical services manager position in June 2026.
