Isaac Regional Council is seeking access control and automatic gate upgrades for 6 administration centres and 7 depots.
IRC has a large footprint within the region and has 7 depots, each with fencing around the perimeter and gates that are opened in the morning and remain open until the close of business each day. This poses serious security issues as anyone can effectively drive in which could lead to vandalism or theft. As part of the upgrade, 5 of the depots will require electric gates.
The administration offices in all the areas other than Moranbah also require swipe card security access on all entrances to the buildings – there are 6 administration buildings that will require swipe card security access.
This tender is offered in 5 Separable Portions (A – E), each as a Schedule of Rates Contract. Tenderers are invited to quote for one or multiple separable packages. Each package will stand independently of other packages and Council may award more than one package to individual tenderers.
* Separable Portion A – supply electric sliding and personal access gates
* Separable Portion B – install electric sliding and personal access gates
